We accept the following payment methods from Schools and Government Agencies: Government & School Purchase Orders A signed copy of your purchase order must be faxed to us at the fax number listed in Contact Us. We do not accept purchase orders over the phone or on the website. The buyers name and daytime phone and fax numbers must be on the purchase order. The purchaser name and daytime phone and fax must be present. Please include an amount of up to 18% of total purchase to cover shipping and handling fees.  Terms are Net 10. Any Purchase order not paid within 30 days will be assessed late fees.
