Offering cost-effective DVD/CD storage flexibility, the new Cendyne 4x Producer supports 4x DVD+R write speed, 2.4x DVD+RW rewrite speed, and 12x DVD read speed. Smaller files, such as MP3 files, can be stored on low-cost 700MB CD-Rs at up to 16x speed or on CD-RW discs at up to 10x speed. CD playback is at 40x.
